YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Within the Beauty Tech Human Resources Information System department, you will join the Innovation team as a Project Manager and Artificial Intelligence Lead at Global level.

The department, called HR Tech, provides a set of digital HR services for employees, managers and HR business partners.

Your key role will be to accelerate with your robust Tech skills the digital transformation of Human Resources by identifying, assessing and deploying disruptive solutions based on cutting-edge technologies and AI. You will contribute to L'Oréal's strategic challenges and shape the future of our HR tools.

You will work in close collaboration with Global IT and HR teams at the CORE level, and develop strong partnerships with our zone, country and business coordinator teams.

What a day in the life of the HR Tech team looks like:

You will report to the HR Tech Innovation Lead and your main responsibilities will be:

• Explore new technological trends and innovation opportunities
• Understand HR business needs to design and propose relevant, innovative and high value IT solutions
• Conduct feasibility analyses, evaluate and select the most suitable solutions
• Lead projects (Generative IA, tailor‑made tools, …) from ideation phase through to deployment
• Deploy solutions that will maximize HR performance and enhance the user experience of our employees
• Actively participate in IT committees and interact with various IT stakeholders & topics (GDPR, Architecture, Integration, contract management, security tests follow‑up, …)

You will apply Agile project management methodology.

Background:

• Familiarity with Snowflake AI and GCP Vertex AI (ADK) (or other similar tools)
• Knowledge on Agentic AI
• Strong programming skills (python appreciated)
• Fluent in English and French
