A global logistics provider is seeking HR professionals to conduct interviews, administer recruitment processes, and support training development. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have relevant working experience, alongside strong skills in Microsoft products and SAP HR. The role requires strong analytical and communication abilities. This position offers a full-time contract in a structured working environment, emphasizing compliance with legal standards and departmental support.

Responsibilities
  • Execute process and pre-interviewing phase; conduct first interview for junior staff.
  • Resourcing and Recruitment – administer recruiting processes.
  • Learning/Training development – administer and coordinate training.
  • Talent & Management Development – provide administrative support.
  • Audits/assessments – H&S, ISO – generate and provide requested information.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures – execute national HR processes and policies, optimize when necessary.
  • Departmental and HRM – advise local managers in HR management.
  • Management information – generate, analyse and verify key information.
  • Personnel, Salary and Pension Administration – understand regional & national HR strategy, measure team objectives.
  • Internal Communication – marketing and communication applications.
  • Legal compliance – execute national HR processes and policies, optimise when necessary.
  • Compensation and Benefits – administer.
  • Administration – time recording system.
Applicant's profile

Vocational, relevant working experience is preferred, very good knowledge of Microsoft products, SAP HR, empathy, assertiveness, strong analytical, numeric and communication skills, labour law, social security structured working method.
