We have an exciting role for you as HR Assistant (Alternant) where you’ll be the superhero our colleagues need. Curious about what you’ll do? Let’s dive in:

  • Complete onboarding and offboarding processes including document collection system updates and coordination with IT and managers.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as benefits payroll inputs, DocuSign documents and organizational chart updates.
  • Ensure compliance with residency cards, occupational health visits, audits and policy updates.
  • Handle training requests and maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
  • Support internal communications and contribute to well‑being initiatives.
Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (ideally Masters level).
  • English and French at C1 level.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
