We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Content Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users of a leading social media video platform.

Be part of a strong team that reviews and categorizes social media commercial ads, and also reviews and moderates business content, helping to build a better user experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Review and categorize social media content commercial ads based on specific guidelines.
• Ensure that all information uploaded by users follows the guidelines based on client’s policies.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving policies, trends, and best practices related to online safety and content moderation.
• Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation processes and policies.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.

Qualifications

What is Required :

• Excellent Hebrew written and verbal skills.
• Very good written and verbal skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good understanding of social media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in our state-of-the-art offices.
• Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications and MS Office.
• Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support will be considered an advantage.
• Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid work permit in Greece to be considered for employment.
