A leading international manufacturer is seeking a Sales Leader for the French and Benelux markets. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior sales experience in consumer goods and demonstrate strong leadership and strategic sales capabilities. Responsibilities include executing the sales strategy, developing key accounts, and driving business growth. Fluency in French and English is required. This is a remote position but requires residency in France, offering a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Bradford Jacobs has partnered with a well-established international manufacturer of high-quality consumer and household products, known for combining practical design, durability and sustainability. Operating across multiple European locations and selling into global retail and wholesale channels, the business offers a broad portfolio of everyday solutions used in homes worldwide. They are now looking to add an energised sales leader for the French and Benelux markets. The individual needs to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the retail market landscape. Current market scale for the business across the region is €4million, whilst seeking to expand this by a minimum of 7%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop the key account team

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (business, sales or marketing preferred)
  • 10+ years’ senior sales experience, ideally in consumer goods
  • Proven leadership, negotiation and strategic sales capability
  • Fluent French and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid IT skills (SAP advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Salary up to €90,000 per annum plus 20% bonus

This is a remote role, but you must be living and have work authorisation in France.
