• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate

• 10+ years in product-led companies, with 7+ in product management and 3+ in leadership roles managing B2C mobile apps with 1M+ global users.
• Proven experience scaling a startup product team from early stages to a mature, squad-based structure, comfortable being hands‑on.
• Technically fluent, able to balance data-driven decisions with strong product intuition, and a concise, structured communicator.
