Lesaffre is looking for a Head of Design Architecture to support our Architecture, Cyber & Data Governance Director to accelerate Lesaffre’s impact across industries. This position requires working closely with internal stakeholders and corporate partners to faster the introduction of Enterprise Architecture Methodology, Guidelines & Governance in regards of our subsidiarity‘s concept (until today decentralized & entrepreneurial organization for Digital & IT solutions).
As Head of Design Authority Architecture, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and compliance of all technical solutions delivered across IT projects.
You will act as the guardian of architectural integrity, ensuring that every design decision aligns with enterprise architecture principles, target architecture, and strategic objectives.
You will work also on roadmap to define standard (“regalian” or “selected”) from the Group and way to converge across the organization (region, country, Business units).
