About the job

As Global Inclusion Lead within our Inclusion Center of Excellence, you’ll be the architect of operational excellence for Sanofi's inclusion strategy, translating bold vision into executable plans and driving measurable impact across our enterprise.

Our Inclusion Strategy has three pillars: Patients (building fairness for all in healthcare), People (making inclusion everyone's business), and Places (setting new standards for accessibility). You’ll operationalize these pillars across every function, market, and stage of our value chain, from R&D to manufacturing to delivery.

Main responsibilities
  • Shape and evolve Sanofi’s global inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and translating vision into measurable objectives, multi‑year roadmaps, and annual operating plans.
  • Design and oversee our global inclusion operating model, governance structures, decision frameworks, policies, standards, and processes for consistent global execution.
  • Define, track, and report inclusion KPIs and impact metrics, partnering with People Analytics and HR Operations to deliver robust data insights and compelling updates for senior leadership and the Inclusion Board.
  • Embed inclusion into HR processes, talent systems, learning, communications, and business operations, serving as the central integrator across all inclusion workstreams.
  • Partner with regional and functional inclusion leads to balance global consistency with local relevance, ensuring cohesion and momentum across the enterprise.
  • Manage budget, resources, and operational calendar with rigor, driving change management, risk assessment, and performance management.
  • Monitor external trends and best practices to keep Sanofi at the forefront of inclusion innovation and thought leadership.
About you
  • Senior‑level background in inclusion, strategy and operations, organizational development, or management consulting within a global organization, with proven success developing and operationalizing enterprise‑level strategies and leading cross‑functional initiatives at scale.
  • Deep understanding of inclusion, cultural transformation, and change management, combined with strong data and analytics capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset, ability to see the big picture while bringing operational excellence and clarity to complexity, with cultural competence and a global perspective.
  • Leadership attributes: visionary yet pragmatic, results‑driven, collaborative with high emotional intelligence and political acumen, and a proven change agent who sustains momentum and drives accountability.
