Hunt for New Business: Identify, pursue, and secure global enterprise accounts valued at $30M+ in contract spend.

Engage Key Stakeholders: Build relationships with executives across IT, Finance, and Procurement.

Sell Smart Solutions: Showcase and sell Ricoh’s full product portfolio, including Managed Print Services and Business Process Automation, to enhance workplace efficiency.

Lead Complex Deals: Negotiate and structure multi-region agreements for long-term success.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Provide innovative, consultative recommendations that inspire action.

Drive Results: Keep leadership informed with clear progress updates and sales insights, driving outcomes and success.

You will ideally have
  • Education: Ideally a BA or MBA (or equivalent), preferably in IT, Business Management, or Sales.
  • Fluency in French & English: Business proficiency in both languages, spoken and written.
  • B2B Sales Expertise: Proven success in direct sales, global account acquisition, and consultative sales within complex, matrix environments, especially with Fortune Global accounts.
  • Hunter Mentality: Passion for new business development, high-value deal closing, perseverance, and drive.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage with senior leaders and drive impactful conversations, including experience working with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading virtual teams and collaborating across departments.
