A global technology company is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to manage cash allocation and reconciliation tasks. This hands-on role requires at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within an international setting. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel. This full-time position allows for hybrid work, requiring presence in the Lille office for 3-4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or similar roles.
• Current or prior experience in an international environment is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cash allocation and reconciliation activities.
• Download daily bank statements and update cashbooks.
• Allocate customer payments and resolve unmatched transactions.
• Manage the Finance shared mailbox and respond to queries.
