The role involves creating and optimizing high-quality 2D and 3D in-game assets, requiring experience with Unity and Blender. This position offers a collaborative environment for growth, however, it's not open to relocation or visa sponsorship.

As a Junior Game Artist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing 2D and 3D content, playing a key part in the iterative process that keeps the world of Pocket Champs fresh and engaging for our community.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Bring exceptional creativity and innovative ideas to develop the game Pocket Champs.
• Create high-quality 3D or 2D in-game assets and be comfortable integrating them into Unity.
• Fine-tune your artwork to ensure an excellent game feel.
• Take initiative in addressing and resolving art-related challenges.
• Continuously improve your skill set and foster an open environment for learning and growth.
• Benchmark competitor mobile games to gather insights and share learnings with the team.

The profile we are looking for:

• Good experience with Unity and Blender for game development.
• Versatile artist with skills in both 3D and 2D.
• Basic but broad understanding of game development including Design and Gameplay.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing creativity.
• Humble attitude, able to give and receive constructive feedback across all areas.
• Passion for mobile games.
• Have a good ability to communicate in English.

Nice to have:

• UI, Animation, motion graphics or VFX experience are a big plus.
• Experience in prototyping.
