We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will tackle both urgent issues and long-term enhancements across the platform, owning projects end-to-end and collaborating across teams. Your work will have a direct impact on user satisfaction, automating workflows, improving features, and removing friction points. Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy variety, and take ownership of problems from concept to delivery. This is a fully remote position within the EMEA region, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, innovative SaaS environment with global reach.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance fullstack features across the platform, including PHP backend and React frontend components.
  • Deliver rapid, high-quality fixes for urgent user-facing issues.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as platform localization, design system migration, and customizable notifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and other teams to identify and resolve customer friction points.
  • Automate workflows to reduce support load and empower users.
  • Participate in technical discussions, contributing to best practices and raising engineering standards.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, preferably within SaaS environments.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and React, with confidence across frontend, backend, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to debug complex issues and implement pragmatic, customer-focused solutions.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action; comfortable working in fast-moving contexts.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
