Founded in 1919, Clermont School of Business holds three accreditations: AACSB, EFMD Bachelor, and AMBA. The ambition of its strategic plan «Reveal 2027» is to reveal the talents and passions of a new generation of change‑makers, placing people and the planet at the heart of its decisions. To achieve this, the School is committed to supporting its students by developing their skills, sharpening their critical thinking, and encouraging them to explore all possibilities.

With a core faculty of around fifty permanent professors and a wide network of experts, Clermont School of Business welcomes more than 2,000 students (a third of whom are international) across its various programmes: Bachelors, Master Grande Ecole, Specialised Masters, MBAs and MScs. The School also offers executive education and offshore programmes.

As a co‑founder, together with the Université Clermont Auvergne, of CleRMa (Clermont Recherche Management), the management science research laboratory on the Clermont site, the School pursues ambitious objectives in terms of intellectual contributions, resolutely focused on sustainable management.

The historic Clermont School of Business campus is located in the heart of Clermont‑Ferrand, a student‑friendly city renowned for its quality of life, cultural vitality, and sporting energy. In 2024, the School inaugurated its new XL Campus and adopted a new name. It is also expanding internationally, with campuses in Marrakech (Morocco) and China.

By joining our core faculty, each professor will be expected to:

  • Teach in academic programmes (Bachelor and Master levels), both in English and French (an interest in executive education would be an asset),
  • Conduct research projects aligned with the research areas of CleRMa Research Laboratory, publishing and disseminating research results,
  • Coordinate teaching activities with core and adjunct faculty,
  • Supervise and mentor students in pedagogical projects,
  • Participate in internal and external working groups (related to programmes, organisation, accreditations, etc.),
  • Contribute actively to enhancing the School’s reputation.

All faculty members must demonstrate proven teaching experience, a strong interest in pedagogical innovation, and the ability to publish significantly in their field of research. Previous business experience would be appreciated.

Positions (four or five days per week) will be available in September 2026, based in Clermont‑Ferrand.
Salary is based on profile and experience and may include research bonuses.
