What You'll Be Doing Your Role as a French Customer Advisor
  • Support customers by phone, chat, or email in French
  • Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools
  • Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism
  • Recommend solutions and educate users where possible
  • Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs
