A leading AI communications firm is seeking human evaluators to assess AI-generated images for quality and cultural relevance. The role demands native fluency in the target language, a background in design or marketing, and strong visual literacy. Evaluators will apply structured guidelines to provide insightful annotations and ensure alignment with brand standards. This position allows flexibility in work hours and environment, while being part of a community that values innovation and cultural understanding.
We are seeking human evaluators with professional experience in design marketing or creative disciplines who are fluent in their native language and deeply familiar with the cultural context in which that language is used.
Evaluators assess AI-generated images and agent-driven prompt outputs to determine whether they meet real-world standards for creative quality, cultural appropriateness, brand alignment, and task execution. This work requires nuanced judgment informed by local cultural norms, aesthetics, and market expectations. This is experienced evaluation and annotation, not basic labelling.
Image Evaluation: Evaluate AI-generated images using structured rubrics including: Visual quality, composition and coherence; Style and aesthetic alignment; Brand and marketing suitability for a specific language and locale; Prompt fidelity and creative intent.
Assess cultural relevance and appropriateness including tone, symbolism, visual cues, and market fit.
Identify common and edge-case failure modes such as artefacts, style drift, mistranslation, or cultural mismatch.
Provide concise structured annotations that can be used directly for model improvement.
Quality & Calibration: Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across large task volumes.
Participate in calibration and QA processes to align scoring and judgment standards.
Surface rubric gaps, ambiguous cases, or recurring cultural or linguistic issues to LILT teams.
Native or near-native fluency in the target language(s) with strong understanding of regional and cultural context.
Background in design, marketing, brand, advertising, content creation or visual communication.
Strong visual literacy and ability to critique creative outputs objectively.
Clear written communication skills and comfort explaining evaluative decisions.
Ability to work within structured guidelines and scoring frameworks.
Experience with design or creative production tools.
Familiarity with generative AI systems for images or creative workflows.
Experience reviewing, critiquing, or QA-ing creative work at scale.
Experience evaluating content for specific markets or regions.
Multilingual capability is a plus.
