As a hotel brand auditor, you will visit hotels and assess their brand requirements, cleanliness, condition, and overall experience. Your knowledge and feedback help hotels improve and ensure exceptional service for guests. It’s an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy travel, independence, and making a difference!

Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail:Meticulously evaluate hotel aspects, from room cleanliness to staff interactions.

Accurate Assessments:Develop detailed and consistent evaluations and concise written reports.

Timeliness:Meet assessment deadlines efficiently.

Client Relations:Build positive relationships with property executives.

Adaptability:Navigate diverse hotel environments and client expectations.

Requirements:

Experience:Years of hotel experience in a management role.

Language Proficiency:Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication in French (additional languages are a plus).

Independence:Ability to work autonomously, meet strict deadlines, and manage stress effectively.

Cultural Awareness:Thrive in diverse environments and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Tech Proficiency:Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Valid Passport and Driving License:Required for travel in France.

Time Commitment:Willing to travel. Available to work from Monday to Friday, 3–4 weeks per month.

This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis.
