A recruitment and HR consultancy is seeking freelance recruiters to join their Executive Search & Headhunting team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires a high level of commitment to deliver results. Candidates should possess strong autonomy, a result-oriented mindset, and technical recruiting knowledge, particularly in Executive and Corporate roles. Fluency in English is mandatory, alongside relevant education in HR. Enjoy the autonomy of a contractor while contributing to an internationally oriented company.

🚀 This role is responsible for supporting the Executive Search & Headhunting team at high standards!

We are looking for freelance recruiters to join our team for our open vacancies in Europe, Asia and LATAM!

You will headhunt the best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clause for our open vacancies and get an attractive commission scheme!

IMPORTANT: WE EXPECT FROM OUR HEADHUNTERS A HIGH LEVEL OF COMMITMENT AND TO BE 100% RESULT-ORIENTED: If you are not going to commit to the assigned projects a few hours a week, please do not apply!

  • English Language (Mandatory)

  • Experience working with Government-related positions
  • Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)
  • HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
