Qualifications

Responsabilités

  • Act as SECE Guardian for instrumented systems.
  • Define and optimize maintenance strategy.
  • Review P&ID, Cause & Effect for engineering tasks.
  • Drive reliability analysis and reduce OPEX.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

📍 Location: Paris, France – with occasional international travel (engineering offices, FPSO yard, operational sites).

🛠 Contract Type: Technical Assistance – all-inclusive daily rate.

✨ About the Role

Join a high‑profile FPSO project and take the lead in Instrumentation discipline within Field Operations & Maintenance (FOPS). Your mission? Ensure reliability, integrity, and maintainability of instrumented systems from project phase to operations handover.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • HSE & Compliance – Act as SECE Guardian for instrumented systems and uphold HSEQ standards.
  • Maintenance Strategy – Define and optimize maintenance philosophy, spare parts policy, and CMIMS data.
  • Engineering & Commissioning – Review P&ID, Cause & Effect, and validate operational test procedures.
  • Performance & Optimization – Drive reliability analysis and reduce OPEX.
  • Interfaces & Governance – Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams, HQ, and vendors.
  • Management & Reporting – Assess contractor personnel and implement reporting systems.
👤 Candidate Profile

🎓 Education: Engineering degree (Instrumentation / EIA / Control Systems).

📈 Experience: 7–12 years in Instrumentation, including >5 years in offshore/FPSO projects and leadership roles.

🛠 Skills:

  • Instrument specification, Data Sheets, P&ID, Cause & Effect.
  • Safety instrumented systems (ESD/FGS/SIS).
  • Familiarity with SPI, S4I, SPMAT; CMIMS (SAP PM, Maximo).
  • FAT/SAT, commissioning, condition monitoring.

🌐 Languages: Fluent English (French is a plus).

Mobility: Available for international travel and residential assignment during operational phase.
