Responsabilités

  • Oversee all operations related to a fleet of vehicles, including compliance and maintenance.
  • Manage the short-term vehicle hire process and ensure accurate hire orders.
  • Conduct driver checks and maintain the Motor Insurance Database.
  • Administer accounts for compliance with relevant charges.
  • Generate ad hoc reports for regional Operations Managers.
  • Process and log driver infringements.
  • Address inquiries from company car drivers.
  • Manage fuel cards for long-term vehicles.
  • Compile monthly fuel expenditure reports.

Role Details : The Fleet Administrator provides essential support to the Fleet Administration team and the Fleet Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of fleet management. This role is primarily responsible for managing the shared fleet mailbox, serving as the central hub for all incoming inquiries, vehicle transfer requests, and off-hire notifications. The Fleet Administrator ensures all requests are processed promptly and accurately, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the fleet and supporting the needs of all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operations related to a fleet of 1, vehicles, including compliance, taxation, and maintenance assessments.
  • Manage the short-term vehicle hire process by coordinating with preferred suppliers and ensuring accurate hire orders and rates.
  • Conduct driver checks to confirm completion of driver mandates for allocated personnel.
  • Update and maintain the Motor Insurance Database (MID) by adding new hires and removing off-hires.
  • Administer accounts for DART, TFL, and Mersey flow to ensure compliance with relevant charges.
  • Oversee vehicle telematics and generate ad hoc reports for regional Operations Managers.
  • Process and log driver infringements, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding penalties.
  • Address inquiries from company car drivers, facilitating vehicle movements and replacements as needed.
  • Request and manage fuel cards for new long-term vehicles, coordinating delivery to the appropriate contacts.
  • Compile monthly fuel expenditure reports and investigate queries, providing feedback to the Fleet Coordinator and Supervisor.
