Job Summary

You will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for EPC & Sodica and lead financial aspects of Service Centers Transformation. This includes full responsibility for FP&A, accounting, internal controls, and finance processes related to transformation initiatives. You will be a key member of EPC Leadership Team and the SCs Transformation Council.

Location: Roissy (France) / Hybrid.

As Finance BP EPC and Sodica, you will:
  • Lead FP&A and reporting: month‑end analysis, forecasting, planning, deviation analysis, margin analysis, HFM submission.
  • Act as a trusted business partner: support EPC Director, assess risks/opportunities, recommend mitigation actions, drive annual price increase process, resolve disputes, identify efficiency improvements and cost‑reduction opportunities.
  • Optimize processes: improve billing, pricing, and collaborate with IT/digital teams to automate workflows and enhance data integrity.
  • Oversee accounting operations: AP, AR, inventory, reconciliations. Finance lead annual inventory stock count.
  • Ensure compliance: SOX testing, external audit support, annual internal control assessments.
As Finance BP Service Centers transformation, you will:
  • Provide financial leadership: develop business cases, pricing strategies, sourcing actions, footprint optimization, and system changes.
  • Build scenario‑based forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and ROI evaluations to support strategic decisions.
  • Translate operational improvements into measurable financial impact (cost savings, margin uplift, working capital improvements).
  • Develop monthly reporting packs to track transformation KPIs and financial impact.
To be successful in this role, you
  • Have solid experience in financial management (FP&A, reporting, internal controls).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and business case development.
  • Ability to act as a trusted business partner with operational leaders.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with experience managing complex issues and driving improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization or transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with ERP, billing systems, and digital transformation tools is a plus.
