This role requires strong expertise in accounting, compliance, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English. • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within an international group.
• Audit background or Big4 experience is a strong asset.

Description du poste

The Finance Director will oversee core financial operations, ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguard the company’s financial health through effective cash flow and treasury management. This role leads the Accounting and Credit Management teams, supervises day-to-day finance operations, and acts as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. The role works closely with FP&A for reporting and business reviews but does not include financial controlling responsibilities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in cash flow management, treasury, and financial risk management.
• Track record in credit management and receivables monitoring.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-functional finance teams.
• Bilingual in Chinese (mandatory) and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent command of ERP systems, BI tools, accounting software, and advanced Excel.

Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Audit (CPA, ACCA, DSCG, or equivalent certification preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within an international group.
• Audit background or Big4 experience is a strong asset.
• High attention to detail, process-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at executive and group level.
