Evolis designs, manufactures, and markets a comprehensive range of solutions for identifying people and goods. With Evolis' printing systems and software, you can personalize the graphic design and encoding of ID cards, for multiple uses. Evolis also markets card accessories, electronic signature pads, training and service offers. You will join the Finance team, which consists of around 20 people, including around 10 based in France. Reporting to the Head of Management Control, you will help to steer and improve the company's performance. The position is mainly focused on commercial management control, with a move towards industrial management control in order to support the development of our activities.

Your mission

After a period of internal training in our tools and processes, your missions will be:

• Produce and monitor sales performance indicators
• Prepare data for financial management and participate in the monthly closing
• Contribute to the development of budgets and their monitoring, in collaboration with entities and departments
• Produce and report data internally to the HID/Assa Abloy Group and externally (e.g. INSEE studies, Banque de France, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and harmonization of management control tools, using Power BI

You will be required to work in interaction with the accounting team in France, the finance teams seconded to the subsidiary, the HID/Assa Abloy reference group and the business teams.

Your profile

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management control or equivalent, with initial experience (internship or work-study program) in management control in a commercial or industrial environment. Fluency in English is required (B2).

You are comfortable with Excel and have an appetite for BI and ERP tools.
