Manager of L2 & L3 run & support activities on Corporate Finance & Procurement Applications:
- Finance applications (not limitative) : SAP FI/CO, Dynamics AX, ANAEL, Cegid Tax Ultimate, ETAFI CCA Report, Side Trade, Cubicus, GetPaid, Netting
- Procurement applications (not limitative) : Coupa, Basware, Egencia; Notilus, BAPS, VGI, Geofleet, Dilitrust…
Under the responsibility of the Corporate Support and Service Manager, you will be in charge of the operational management of RUN Finance & Procurement Applications teams and following key activities :
- Incident management and Application Support
- Smooth transition from Build to Run
- Proxy collaboration with Application Owners and Build
- Teams as per GIS optimization plan and existing governance
- Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Operational Management of Finance & Procurement RUN Teams
- Functional Expertise and Support for Accounting Closures
- Transitioning RUN Applications to a New SAP / COUPA Environment
Incident Management and Application Support (ITIL framework)
- Manage application incidents in coordination with support and IT production teams.
- Ensure fast and efficient resolution of incidents and service requests to maintain business continuity in Finance and Procurement.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to application support.
- Document and improve Incident and Problem management processes.
Transition from Build to RUN Applications
- Actively participate in transitioning applications from project development (Build) to operational support (RUN).
- Ensure best practices are applied when transferring developed applications to the production environment.
- Collaborate with project teams (Build) to anticipate and secure production releases.
Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Coordinate actions with technical teams responsible for IT production (ISSC).
- Ensure proper functioning of interfaces and infrastructure supporting Finance and Procurement applications.
- Act as the key point of contact between business teams, technical teams, software vendors and AMS providers.
Functional Expertise and Support for Accounting Closures
- Provide functional support for Finance and Procurement applications, particularly during accounting closure periods.
- Monitor end-of-month processes and resolve potential application issues.
- Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure data reliability and process efficiency.
- Possibly ensure on-call services
Transitioning RUN Applications to a New SAP/COUPA Environment in the context of GEODIS (FIT Program)
- Oversee the migration and continuity of service for existing applications into a new SAP and COUPA-based environment.
- Support users in the transition and skill development for new tools.
- Define and implement training and support plans tailored to the transition
Qualifications
- Master Degree's (BAC+5) in IT with minimum 5 years experience in IT support.
- Significant experience in managing Finance and Procurement applications in a RUN environment.
- Experience in transitioning applications to SAP/COUPA is a plus.
- Proven experience in incident management and application support.
- Proven experience in managing IT teams
- ITIL certification is a plus
Technical and Functional Skills
- Expertise in incident management and application support.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (accounting, management control, purchasing, etc.).
- Experience in transitioning applications from Build to RUN.
- Familiarity with SAP environments (FI/CO modules) and COUPA.
- Experience in application migration and transformation.
- Proficiency in ITSM and AGILE tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Mastering of ITIL principles (incident management, change management, problem management).
