Qualifications

• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de données ou de projets.
• Expérience en mise en œuvre de solutions numériques comme les ERP.
• Passionné par la qualité des données et l'évolution de la numérisation financière.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la qualité des données par des indicateurs de performance et des contrôles.
• Concevoir de nouveaux produits de données basés sur les données financières.

Data is at the heart of OPmobility Finance Transformation. The position of Finance Data Leader supports the Group Finance Data Manager in the identification, organization and retrieval of our key financial information, as well as in the conduct of transformation projects, to accelerate the pace of our digitalization and maintain good conditions of usage. The role covers two data domains: Finance Performance (accounting, consolidation, controlling, treasury, tax) and Organization (transversal structuration of our reporting processes).

Missions

Data governance & management

• Ensure data quality through KPIs, design, controls, and remediation tracking
• Maintain Finance data glossaries, systems inventory, and architecture with associated priorities and schedules
• Produce project documentation and user guides (e.g. Data4U, training)
• Support data consistency across teams and domains (data managers, project leaders, BPOs, …)
• Prepare aligned data models for future tools (e.g. S/4HANA)
• Manage and improve Master Data workflows

Data products & analytics

• Designs new data products based on Finance data – with additional cross data of other domains
• Monitors and improves existing data products
• Defines and coordinates developments of data analytics solutions – with the help of experts (Center of Excellence’s data scientist, BI engineers, …): dashboards, simulations, IA oriented or machine learning programs. Leads the associated projects for business when necessary

Data organization & communities

• Participates in the development and the animation of the Finance Data community
• Supports / takes part into Business Group’s or other domains’ projects, as data manager or as enabler
• Supports data users in their understanding of the Finance data and data products available

Profile Required

• Business or engineering education
• 5+ years of experience in data or project management
• Experience in digital solutions implementation (such as but not limited to ERP, Costing modules, Reporting, etc.)
• Experience in Finance (business or systems) a plus
• Passionate about the quality of data and the evolution of Finance digitalization
• Strong digital skills with a focus on data models & visualization of outputs
• Business and data acumen, process oriented
• Rigorous, curious, good relational skills
• Ability to work in parallel on multiple subjects
• Ability to work in transversal mode projects, with agile methodology
• Good level in English, local language will be a plus, capacity to communicate and animate
