We are hiring a Senior Regional Field Marketing Leader South-West Europe who combines executional rigor with strategic insight. Based in France this role will lead hands‑on the demadn marketing for the French market while taking regional ownership of execution across Benelux, Iberia and Italy.
You will partner with sales, the wider EMEA team and global marketing squads to drive performance through high‑impact digital‑first campaigns, pipeline acceleration programs and localized go‑to‑market execution. This role is not about ego; it's about collaborative data‑driven impact.
How will you do it?
France Own the Market Deliver Results
- Lead local field marketing strategy and execution for France aligning tightly with sales to fuel pipeline growth and customer engagement.
- Drive digital‑first demand generation programs integrated across channels to increase conversion across the funnel.
- Embed pipeline visibility and funnel performance analysis into marketing planning using insights to optimise campaigns in real time.
South-West Europe Drive Regional Execution
- Lead marketing execution across Benelux, Iberia and Italy ensuring consistency, excellence and alignment with business priorities.
- Empower and coordinate local marketers and agencies to deliver measurable impact while respecting market nuances and cultural relevance.
- Track regional performance through shared KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity) ensuring marketing contributes meaningfully to revenue.
Global Collaboration Adapt and Amplify
- Work with global campaign squads to land and localise global marketing programs, tailoring them for relevance across SW Europe.
- Ensure the voice of the market is heard, sharing local insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform future global initiatives.
- Contribute to agile campaign sprints and feedback loops driving continuous improvement across the system.
Who You Are
- 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial building technologies or smart infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to run pipeline-focused demand programs with clear understanding of lead‑management funnel mechanics and conversion optimisation.
- Strong experience in digital demand generation, ABM and multi‑touch campaign execution.
- You work best in collaborative high‑performance teams; you’re about impact, not ego.
- Comfortable leading across markets and cultures; capable of both strategy and execution.
- Fluent in French and English. Additional languages (Spanish, Dutch, Italian) are a plus.
- Willing and able to work at least 3 days per week on‑site at our Paris‑area office.
