A leading recruitment service provider in France is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support sales teams with technical guidance and optimal product configurations. You will analyze customer specifications and provide training and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of experience in technical support or sales engineering. Responsibilities
  • Advise and support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies.
  • Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend optimal product configurations and installation processes.
  • Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments.
  • Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams.
  • Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in field applications, technical support, sales engineering, or a related function.
  • Exposure to complex tasks within the job function is expected as part of skill development.
  • Typically reports to a manager while gaining experience in advanced technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
