Your mission

As part of our Lactalis Health Nutrition Division, based in Choisy-le-Roi (94), you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our presence in European markets. Reporting to Anca, our Director for European Business Development, you will benefit from a tailored onboarding and training program to deepen your knowledge of our products and processes.

Your role?

Manage and develop a portfolio of distributors and strategic partners across Europe by driving high-impact actions:

  • Drive growth and open new markets by building tailored business plans and deploying ambitious strategies adapted to local specificities.
  • Strengthen and animate the networks of clients and partners, negotiating key agreements, training distributors, and embodying our vision in the field.
  • Represent Lactalis internationally, at trade shows and during on-site visits, to showcase our products and brands, and seize new opportunities.
  • Manage commercial performance, monitoring sales and KPIs, coordinating operations with support functions (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Quality), and handling disputes proactively.
  • Anticipate trends and identify opportunities, through active competitive intelligence and in-depth market analysis.
What we’re looking for:
  • A results‑driven professional with a strong commercial background and at least 5 years of proven experience in international sales.
  • A natural leader with agility, dynamism, and a passion for building long‑term client relationships.
  • Skilled in B2B sales, able to turn every opportunity into success through analytical thinking and persuasive communication.
  • Curious and culturally sensitive, with the ability to adapt to diverse environments and foster intercultural exchanges.
  • Fluent/native in English (a third language is a plus) to confidently represent our brands and products in an international context.
