Job Description : Key Highlights

Hands‑on experience in at least one SAP ECC or S / 4HANA implementation project, with strong expertise in configuring and customizing the Controlling (CO) module.

8–10 years of experience in an international IT environment.

Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Mission

As part of the IT Finance organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's Finance & Controlling capabilities.

Acting as a SAP Controlling Business Analyst, you will bridge business processes and IT systems, collaborating closely with Finance, Logistics, and external partners across regions.

You will be a key contributor to the company's SAP S / 4HANA transformation journey, focusing on Product Costing (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

Main Responsibilities

Act as a SAP CO Subject Matter Expert within the S / 4HANA transformation program.

Work with Finance teams across multiple sites to gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.

Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows leveraging S / 4HANA capabilities.

Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Prepare functional specifications, validate technical designs, and ensure system integration across domains and partners.

Manage change requests, challenge business needs, and propose process improvements.

Profile / Requirements :

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.

Proven experience in SAP ECC or S / 4HANA implementations, with deep understanding of the Controlling (CO) module.

Strong knowledge of Controlling and Production Planning integration within a manufacturing context; experience in the metals industry is a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Proactive, flexible, and culturally aware, comfortable operating in an international environment.

Occasional travel required (Europe & US)
