Overview
We are looking for an AS400 Expert for an International Leading Information Technology Company in Paris.
Responsibilities
Main accountabilities to include but not be limited to:
- AS400 architecture review / Design.
- Technical Advisor.
- Level 3 support troubleshooting.
- Technology leadership.
- Responsible for all aspects of the planning, change management, implementation and support of the AS400 system roadmap.
- Lead, establish and implement 'best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures.
- Find cost effective solutions in accordance to business need.
- Work closely with procurement on tenders.
The most important challenge that this role faces is to federate teams.

Experience
- 10+ years of experience with IBM iSeries (P8, P9), Storage Virtualization Solution by IBM (SVC)
- 10+ years of experience of AS400 Administration
- IBM Storage (Flash, Mechanical HD)
- IBM DRP between multiple DC (Synchronous, Asynchronous)
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership, project management or other management experience.
- Extensive experience working with remote teams delivering services across multi-site, regional and global environments.
- Knowledge of AS400 tuning / Performance
- DB2 Tuning and Administration
- SOX Compliance will be an add value
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
