Qualifications

• 3+ years of events management experience, ideally within sports, B2B, or data/technology sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment.
• A willingness to travel, primarily within Europe but occasionally to the United States and/or elsewhere.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong plus.

We are now seeking an Events and Partnerships manager to coordinate the planning, organisation and delivery of engaging, in-person events to existing and potential customers, and to manage our marketing partnerships with external entities.

The position is ideally based at our Paris headquarters. We are also open to candidates working remotely from within Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Delivery
  • Plan and deliver workshops, partner events, and conference activations across key markets, coordinating logistics and speakers, and supporting the development of high-quality materials to ensure optimal event execution and positive ROI.
  • Maintain a calendar of owned and industry events, collaborating with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to establish priority regions and audiences.
  • Coordinate staff attendance of relevant industry events.
• Marketing Partnership Management
  • Establish and manage marketing partnerships with educational institutions, content creators and industry bodies, ensuring all deliverables align with company goals.

• 3+ years of events management experience, ideally within sports, B2B, or data/technology sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
