The Strategic account/Key account manager will report to the Europe Poultry Director. The SA/KAM will work with other functions to develop and execute the strategy aiming at becoming a Planning Partner/Trusted adviser for strategic and key accounts. The strategy will be designed to increase the value delivered to strategic & key accounts in order to grow a profitable business and increase customer loyalty. The SA/KAM will work with the POULTRY Franchise, the Regional organisation and Regional/Local KAM to continue developing the Account Management capability across CEVA. He will align the organisation from the corporate strategy/activities to the local approach to strategic and key accounts in order to create a strongly customer-focused approach creating greater customer value and differentiating Ceva from competitors.
Business school, Veterinarian or engineer background, with 5 years’ experience minimum in a pharmaceutical laboratory or in production related to layers or broiler breeders with a business mindset.
