A leading medical packaging company in France is seeking an experienced Europe Sales Manager for its MDM business unit. The role involves managing sales growth in the European market, creating a new customer portfolio, and overseeing project management. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in an export sales position, solid B to B experience, and technical knowledge in medical packaging. The position allows for 50% remote work, contingent on accessibility for business travel.

To support this growth, we are looking for an Europe Sales Manager M/F for our MDM business unit.

The mission of the area sales manager is to manage, create, identify, develop and close profitable new business in the European market and develop a portfolio of new customers.

Prospecting will be the main mission to grow business for the company in the Medical Device Manufacturer business unit, as well as looking after an existing portfolio of customers. This position also requires skills in project management, to drive product validation with our customers and be the link between them and our technical department.

Profile Required
Qualification
  • Bachelor of Business Administration in international trade and business / negotiation
  • Bachelor of Science, Packaging Engineering with an emphasis in international trade and business / negotiation
Working Experience
  • Minimum 5 years as export sales position
  • B to B experience is compulsory
  • Technical knowledge in medical sterile packaging or even general or food packaging background would be appreciated
