  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners at all levels.
  • Negotiate and close high‑value contracts with key decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailor‑made solutions for clients.
  • Track and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (minimum of 5 years of proven business development experience with a strong track record of results).
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve revenue growth.
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in marine science, Ecology, Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field relevant to the role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking and excellent technical writing capability.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with global teams.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Office 365 tools.
