A global technology company is seeking an Engineering Efficiency Support Manager in France. This role involves supporting teams on Jira to enhance efficiency, enforcing configuration management best practices, and aiding Agile process transitions. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Jira, experience in configuration management for software, and strong communication skills. A high level of English is mandatory. Identity and Biometric Solution engineering teams are developing and delivering solutions in three main domain (Civil Identity, Border and travel, Criminal and biometric). Part of this organization Engineering Efficiency team is supporting all engineering teams (R&D and delivery center) on processes and tools and practices (Waterfall, Scrum, Confluence, Jira, …) as well as reporting engineering KPIs.
Engineering Efficiency Support Manager will focus on reinforcing our support on Jira, deploying best practices on Configuration management, and support process implementation and evolution.
