Une entreprise dynamique spécialisée dans la production d'équipements mécaniques lourds recherche un Ingénieur Service. Ce poste clé implique des déplacements à l'international pour assurer la mise en service et le service après-vente des installations offshore. Les candidats doivent avoir une formation en maintenance technique et une solide expérience dans divers systèmes, ainsi qu'une Appétence pour le travail autonome et en équipe. Un niveau avancé en anglais est requis pour interagir avec des clients dans le monde entier.

Responsabilités

• Assister les clients à l'installation de l'équipement sur site.
• Réaliser les ajustements nécessaires et former les utilisateurs.
• Assurer la maintenance des parties mécaniques et électriques.

Our company on a human scale (200 employees) designs and produces heavy mechanical equipment (mooring and anchoring winches, lifting mechanisms, cranes, etc.) intended for the industry in the Offshore world (Marine, Wind, Oil and Gas ). Equipped with a production tool that is both modern and versatile, we mainly work on small and medium series. Almost the entire manufacturing process takes place on the site in the Nantes region, from the first debit operations to final assembly and painting. With our experience in the field, we have acquired significant know-how in our market allowing us to offer products of recognized quality.

As part of the evolution of our organization, we are looking for a:

A Female / Male : Service Engineer

Attached to the After Sales Service Manager and integrated into a department of around fifteen employees (France and International), you will evolve in an international context (worldwide) where you will work on the sites of our clients (predominantly offshore). In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Commissioning:

- You will assist the customer in the installation of equipment on site.

- You will carry out the necessary adjustments and tests for operation in accordance with the specifications.

- You will train users in the operation and maintenance of equipment.

• After-sales service: You will ensure the maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic parts of the equipment based on existing diagrams and plans.

With a higher education in Technical and / or Industrial Maintenance, you have acquired solid expertise in all areas of maintenance (mechanical, electrical engineering, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics) in an international context.

Passionate about your job, you want to work across the world on large-scale installations and systems with very stringent safety and quality constraints.

You are fluent in English which will be your daily working language.
