A leading international educational organization based in Paris is seeking an experienced consultant to enhance its Education Management Information Systems (EMIS). This role includes developing thematic modules, finalizing a competency framework, and providing technical support for international conferences. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in a relevant field and significant experience in EMIS development and higher education policy analysis, as well as strong research and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EMIS development or education sector planning.
• At least 8 years of experience in higher education policy analysis at the international level.
• Proven expertise in developing frameworks for national education systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop thematic modules for the EMIS Progress Assessment Tool.
• Finalize a draft Competency Framework for EMIS personnel.
• Provide technical support for the EMIS international conference.
