About the Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the continuous improvement strategy across the entire site, in alignment with group objectives.
  • Be present and active on the shop floor, identifying, supporting, and implementing improvement actions in close collaboration with production, maintenance, logistics, and support teams.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement areas (safety, quality, cost, lead-time, environment), lead Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc.), and ensure their successful completion.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the evolution of site performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train, raise awareness, and support teams in continuous improvement culture and related tools.
  • Ensure teams adopt the relevant methodologies, encourage initiative-taking, and promote problem-solving directly on the shop floor.
  • Participate actively as a member of the site executive committee (CODIR), act as a driving force for proposals, and represent operational excellence at management level.

Management of Continuous-Improvement Projects

  • Implement sustainable solution to problems or improvement projects by Improving policies, procedures, and processes
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and defines the issues;
  • Manages the continuous-improvement program & Performance plans
  • Conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describes the issues.
  • Identifies intervention priorities and indicators
  • Ensure that projects specifies deliverables key performance indicator
  • Clearly identifies team members and leaders, and clarifies their roles and responsibilities.
About You

Expected Qualifications, Experience and Soft Skills

  • Higher education degree in engineering, industrial production, or equivalent field.
  • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in continuous improvement within an industrial environment, ideally in a medium-sized site.
  • Mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods, Six Sigma, problem-solving, and industrial project management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills; ability to unite teams around transformation projects.
  • Hands‑on approach, pragmatic mindset, and strong analytical and synthesis capacity.
  • Good listener, autonomous, proactive, and persuasive.
  • Good command of IT tools (ERP, Excel, data visualization tools).
