The Role
As Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, you will own the performance of our online sales platforms and help shape how we trade, market and grow. You will be joining a fast-growing fashion brand currently experiencing triple-digit sales growth.
The role is entrepreneurial and involves working closely with the founder, with specialist support across social, creative, growth, merchandising and web development. With this support in place, you can concentrate on driving performance, testing new ideas, platforms and channels, and bringing forward recommendations based on customer behaviour and performance data.
What you will do
Site and Trading
- Manage day-to-day trading: homepage, collections, product launches and merchandising
- Upload products, optimise data hierarchy and maintain accurate regional pricing
- Identify trading levers such as free shipping thresholds and promotions, sharing customer behavioural insights with the wider business
- Liaise with external development partners to deliver site improvements and UX optimisation
CRM and Campaigns
- Build and schedule weekly Klaviyo campaigns to support new collection drops and seasonal messaging
- Optimise automated flows, including welcome, post-purchase and win-back to improve retention to drive customer lifetime value
- Align with the wider team to maximise product launches and shape the marketing calendar
Paid Media
- Comfortable running paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Test and drive new creative approaches in partnership with the social and creative team
- Suggest and trial new platforms and channels using data and customer insights to support decisions
Performance and Insights
- Provide weekly trading updates highlighting performance, opportunities and risks
- Share proactive recommendations to improve conversion and customer experience
- Collaborate with the wider team to track competitor activity and market trends
Collaboration and Operations
- Work with the social media manager and creative team to ensure brand aesthetic is consistent across all customer touchpoints
- Liaise with external partners to deliver site improvements and campaign activations
- Support logistics and operations where needed including, customer service team and warehouse coordination
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce or growth marketing, ideally within a retail, fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (essential) and Klaviyo
- Comfortable running paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act on data and spot opportunities
- Collaborative and adaptable, confident working with the founder, a small team and external consultants
- Based in Paris (4 days per week in the office)
