JUNIOR AREA SALES MANAGER - PARIS

As an ASM for the Paris area, you will be responsible for planning, developing, growing, and organizing your commercial activities by prospecting potential customers specialized in aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and successfully implement sales strategies to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Provide demonstrations and training on your products to prospects or customers as needed.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key opinion leaders within the industry.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Manage sales within your area to pre-defined goals and objectives.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle from needs detection to closing deals, including autonomous negotiations.
  • Participate in trade shows in your area and some international fairs.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, regardless of industry.
  • Experience in key account management across multiple geographies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, negotiation ability, and capacity to build and maintain networks.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
  • Must be driven, self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate with others.
  • Excellent English language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Local residency in Paris or nearby, with a commitment to travel around the area and attend international trade shows.
