BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibility
  • Manage customers coming through inbound channels (phone/WhatsApp) and through outbound activities.
  • Warm up potential customers by emphasizing BYD brand and model USPs, then direct them to the appropriate dealers.
  • Follow up with hot leads forwarded to dealers to confirm sales conversion and/or support the closing process.
  • Act as a BYD NEV brand ambassador.
  • Report customer feedback regarding products and promotions to the marketing and sales teams, proactively suggesting marketing and commercial actions to boost sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
  • Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or digital sales, preferably within the automotive or consumer industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and guide customers through the online purchase journey.
  • Fluent in English and French (both mandatory).
  • High level of proactiveness, strong follow‑up discipline, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
