About the Role:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Professional, you will be the face of Vivint, connecting directly with potential customers in residential areas. You will introduce them to the benefits of Vivint smart home systems, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for exceeding goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers at their homes.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
  • Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of Vivint smart home systems, including security, automation, and energy management.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track your progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Vivint products and services.
  • Represent Vivint professionally and ethically.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment. Experience in the home security or technology industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of basic technology and a willingness to learn about smart home systems.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Vivint and/or your dealer.

1,500 - 2,500 USD per week (Remote - Fayetteville, US)
