A global IT services provider is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Paris to manage incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in desktop support and possesses strong communication skills in both French and English. Key responsibilities include providing deskside support, handling end-user devices, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
