1 About the job

Your role

To accelerate the deployment of GutyCares remote patient care solutions in IBD Edras RPC in psychiatry and Resiliences RPC in oncology. Within the Resilience Group, we are growing our Implementation team. You will be part of the Customer Operations team responsible for delivering products to users and maximizing value. Our main users are nurses specialized in oncology, IBD, and psychiatry.

As an Implementation Manager, your role will be to:

  • Be an expert in operational efficiency, managing end-to-end deployment projects from kick-off to full adoption by medical and paramedical teams, including billing support if required.
  • Lead change management within our healthcare provider customers by training users and recommending optimal care pathways for patient monitoring.
  • Manage interoperability implementation projects with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure effective internal collaboration with sales, technical teams, and account management for deployment and long-term follow-up.
