Candidates should be pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science or related fields, with proficiency in web development technologies, particularly HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as a strong sense of initiative and user experience design.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a leading Engineering School or University, specializing in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science applied to Finance.
• Previous experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, or Automation is a plus.
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, HTMX, CSS, JavaScript, and Python/Flask.

Main responsibilities

As an intern within our Operational Fund Management team, you will focus on the design and development of web applications that interact seamlessly with backend systems. Your mission will be to deliver robust, user-centric interfaces and ensure best practices in web development and responsive design.

• Develop and maintain web applications for backend integration (nodejs/fastapi/Databricks apps).
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, leveraging CSS and Tailwind for modern styling.
• Ensure adherence to HTML best practices, including accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Collaborate with backend developers to optimize data flow and application performance.
• Implement and uphold coding standards for maintainability, scalability, and security.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on design based on feedback.
