We are currently seeking a Data Engineer, reporting directly to Data Delivery Manager to join our Data, New Tech and Software Engineering team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the mission we offer you

• Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data integration and management.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and BI teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights through the Data & BI projects.
• Perform data analysis and provide expertise to transform raw data into meaningful business metrics and reports.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across various platforms.
• Document data models, workflows, and processes to facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in the Data engineering lifecycle and adhere to agile methodologies for project delivery.
• Contribute to budget oversight and cost optimization efforts in cloud-based environments.

About you

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data engineering or BI roles, can be an apprenticeship experience
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and / or other major programming languages used in data engineering.
• Experience working with Azure Cloud data platform and BI tools (Power BI) would be a plus
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
