What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and resolving issues.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
  • Help customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment (preferred).
  • A problem-solver with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
