Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Essential responsibilities and duties

As a customer contact, responsible for FCE 0km claim handling, problem analysis, construct reports.

  • Recognize actual situations and how to use our products through customer evaluation or market information to sustain and improve customer satisfaction
  • Fault analysis of suspected units with using FTA and/or other quality tools to define the root cause and implement countermeasure
  • Cross functional teamwork & quick problem solving
  • Obtain 4M change information and submit change requests
  • Market analysis to judge applicability
Saitama R&D office
  • As a part of global team, you need to support local site interims of analysis and communicate with customer. The team will also work with other teams(mainly Program management, R&D, Production planning) in dealing with it.

  • Education Level: Bachelor and above
  • English: Email Communication
  • Japanese: Fluent (N1) or Native
