We are seeking an experienced CRM Support Lead to play a critical role in driving CRM strategy, adoption, and optimization within the life sciences sector. This is a remote contract role based in France, with an initial term of 3 months and the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure CRM performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Lead strategic direction, prioritize features, and evangelize Veeva Vault CRM capabilities.
- Gather market requirements, design customer-facing solutions, and ensure alignment with industry needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new features, manage product backlog, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Act as subject matter expert, communicate product vision, and conduct training sessions for internal and client stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in Veeva Network and OpenData, ensuring effective integration and data quality improvement across markets.
- Lead enablement sessions on OpenData platform usage, data matching, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years of experience in CRM product management, life sciences technology solutions, or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva Network, and OpenData platforms
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver market-ready CRM features.
- Expertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience delivering training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to evangelize product capabilities.
- Preferred certifications : Veeva CRM / Vault, Agile / Scrum (CSPO), Data Management / Governance.
