A leading global financial services provider in France is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst intern for a 6-month internship starting in January 2025. In this role, you will assist a senior analyst with responsibilities including conducting annual reviews of counterparties and participating in Credit Committees. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial analysis and the banking sector, along with strong analytical skills. The internship offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Mission Description

The position is within the Risk Management Department, which is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst for a 6-month internship starting in January 2025 (flexible).

You will assist a senior analyst and, depending on your progress, will be responsible for credit risk analysis in the banking and broker sectors, as well as providing support in other sectors. The geographical scope includes Europe, as well as the United States, Canada, and Asia.

In collaboration with your mentor, who will guide you throughout your assignments, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting annual reviews of counterparties in the portfolio
  • Participating in Credit Committees and, depending on your progress, presenting your opinion during meetings
  • Performing active monitoring of the portfolio
  • Reviewing and analyzing new onboarding requests
Duration

The contract will be effective for a period of 6 months.

Technical Knowledge
  • Knowledge of financial analysis
  • Understanding of the banking sector
  • Interest in credit risk and financial markets
  • Tools: Microsoft Office, Bloomberg
