Description du poste
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
  • Lead the commercial strategy and sales performance for France, driving growth for the Klauke and RIDGID brands and strengthen customer relationships
  • Actively support the Sales Team for the Klauke and RIDGID brands, including customer visits, coaching, and strategic and operational sales support
  • Lead, guide, and develop the employees at the Creutzwald facility, creating a collaborative, high-performance team culture
  • Maintain regular on-site presence in Creutzwald (minimum of two days per week) to ensure close collaboration, effective leadership, and alignment with operational needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by expanding market share across priority segments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer support

You are a strategic, customer-focused sales leader who understands the French market in depth. You anticipate market shifts, competitive actions, and customer needs, and adjust your strategies accordingly. You communicate effectively across diverse audiences and adapt your style to different stakeholders. You foster collaboration and encourage diverse viewpoints within your team. You build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts and act as a trusted advisor who represents the company with professionalism and commercial acumen.

For This Role, You Will Need :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of sales management experience, ideally in an international or industrial / technical environment
  • Proven experience presenting commercial and technical topics to senior leadership and defending recommendations with data-driven reasoning
  • Strong understanding of the French market and proven success in growing revenue in France
  • Native-level French language skills
  • Very strong command of English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
  • Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven sales environments
  • Strong project and account management skills with a disciplined approach to CRM and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and leading teams or partners to achieve ambitious goals
  • Familiarity with channel management (distributors / agents) in France
  • Professional certifications in sales, key account management, or business development are a plus
  • Master’s degree is an asset
